To ensure your order is exactly as you want it please allow 3 to 5 business days for the completion of your order. (if more time is needed our sales representative will inform you prior to payment of your deposit). Each order received will be mocked up and sent to our clients before final production begins to ensure you are receiving exactly what you are requesting. Take care when viewing your mock-ups, we allow 3 free changes to approved designs a $10 fee will be added to each design change after (we understand that you want what you want so please try to list all design changes together to avoid extra fee). Once we have your approval we will immediately get to work completing you order. We will allow rush orders on certain products starting at $35 for next day and $20 for 2 days.
